Our commitment is to ensure that every rug we send out meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you encounter any issues with your rug, such as a fault, or if it does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 7 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your rug must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and contained in its original packaging.
